Join the growing global movement for healing, justice, and reconciliation at the third annual Movies & Meaning Festival. Together we'll experience films that awaken the spirit, community rituals that renew joy, and explore this year's theme of Hope in the Dark: how can we dispel despair, embrace beauty, strategize and work for a better world?

If you're in a position to contribute to our scholarships above the price of your general admission, you enable M&M to create more openings for those in financial need who would not be able to attend otherwise. As an organization, we are committed to this vision of community aid. Thank you to all who help make the Movies & Meaning community tight-knit, diverse, and strong!

This community is committed to creating an event accessible to all. If you are a student or under 25 years of age, you are free to register at half-price (student ID or driver license required at the door). If you are otherwise in financial need, please email us and we'll work with you to reduce your ticket price:

Due to the size of our organization and nature of the festival, we do not offer refunds on Movies & Meaning tickets. If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, you may 1) transfer your ticket to anyone else by providing us their name, 2) donate your ticket to our financial aid program to help others attend, or 3) use the ticket as a credit to attend another Movies & Meaning event within 12 months (as available) of the 2017 festival (for example, at the 2018 festival).
